WHY SHOULD I PLAY FUTSAL?
According to FIFA, small-sided football (4v4 to 6v6) is an effective combination of intense interval training, endurance training and strength training. This combination has wide-ranging effects on cardiovascular, metabolic and musculoskeletal fitness.
Train like a professional:

- Play small-sided football
The heart rate level and number of intense running bouts are high in small-sided football. There are multiple turns, jumps and sprints which lead to a high level of impact on muscles and bones. For these reasons it’s an excellent way of keeping fit and preparing for the Winter football season. Players must however prepare themselves for this level of intensity.
